The Viluz Experience
Five days to hear the voice ordinary life keeps drowning out.
Eight people. Six nights. Four personal stories. One extraordinary place above Marbella.
You have probably spent years learning how to listen to everyone else.
- Your team.
- Your clients.
- Your family.
- The market.
- The people who depend on you.
- The expectations attached to the life you have built.
Viluz is five days to listen somewhere else.
- Not to another expert.
- Not to another philosophy.
- Not to someone telling you who you should become.
To yourself.
- Your history.
- Your memories.
- Your desires.
- Your contradictions.
- The things you keep returning to.
- The parts of your life that still feel alive.
- And the questions that may have been quietly waiting underneath everything else.
Before you arrive
You already have a story.
The question is whether you have ever heard it this way.
Before you come to Marbella, we begin with a private conversation. Not an assessment. Not a personality test. We listen.
To the life you have actually lived.
- What shaped you.
- What you built.
- The people who mattered.
- The moments you still remember.
- The choices you made.
- What you carried.
- What you are proud of.
- What you want now.
- What keeps pulling at your attention.
Your own words become the raw material.
And before you ever get on the plane, you receive:
Your first personal story.
You listen once. You do not need to decide whether every word is right. You simply notice.
- What lands?
- What surprises me?
- What do I reject?
- What feels strangely familiar?
- What sounds unmistakably mine?
Then you come to Viluz.
And then the noise changes.
Viluz sits in the hills above Marbella.
- Mediterranean light.
- Mountains.
- Gardens.
- Pool.
- Hammam.
- Beautiful food.
- Quiet places to disappear for an hour.
- Long tables where nobody needs your chair back.

And beside the property, a mountain Viluz calls:

Pyramid Mountain
You arrive. Check into your private room. Unpack. Walk. Eat. Meet seven other people.
And on the first evening, almost nothing is asked of you. There is nowhere you need to perform. Nothing you need to solve.
You are simply somewhere different now.

The place is part of the experience.
This is not five days in a conference room with a luxury bedroom upstairs.
- The mornings matter.
- The food matters.
- The table matters.
- The mountain matters.
- The walks matter.
- The silence matters.
- The spaces between the conversations matter.
Because sometimes ordinary life is simply too full.
- Too many meetings.
- Too many roles.
- Too many inputs.
- Too many people who already know which version of you they expect to see.

Viluz creates distance from that. Not so you can escape your life.
So you can see it again.
Five days, four stories
Each story listens to a different part of your life.
- Not to define you.
- Not to uncover some fixed “true self.”
- Not to decide your future for you.
To give your own material back to you from a different angle.
Day 01 — What has always been yours
Your first story arrived before you did. Now you hear parts of it again at Viluz.
- What in this feels mine?
- What keeps appearing throughout my life?
- What still gives me energy?
- Where does the life I have built match what matters to me?
- Where does it no longer fit quite as well?
Conversation. Writing. Walking. Time alone. And room for disagreement — you remain the authority on your own life.
Day 02 — What you learned to carry
Your second story looks backward. Not because your past is automatically a problem — much of what you learned may have helped you protect yourself, build, lead, achieve, love, survive, and become extraordinarily capable.
The question is not how to erase the past.
- What made sense then?
- What still belongs now?
- And what am I carrying forward simply because I have carried it for a long time?
The goal is not rejection. It is recognition.
Day 03 — The open day
One of the most important days at Viluz has almost nothing scheduled. That is deliberate. No new personal story. No six-hour workshop. No frantic attempt to prove the value of the retreat by filling every hour.
- Long breakfast. Walk. Pool.
- Hammam. Massage. Sleep.
- Journal. Tea. A private conversation.
- Or nothing at all.
Because there comes a point when another insight is less useful than giving the last one somewhere to land. This is not an empty day. It is protected space.
Day 04 — What is calling you now
The morning begins near Pyramid Mountain, with one question: if I had nothing left to prove, what would I build next?
Your third story looks forward. Not toward fantasy — toward what feels alive in the life you actually have.
- What are you still interested in?
- What has gone quiet?
- What deserves more of you? What deserves less?
- What would you build if applause were removed from the equation?
- What do you want your time to serve now?
By the end of the day the future becomes more concrete. One thing to build. One thing to stop. One relationship to deepen. One decision to make. One way of living worth protecting.
Day 05 — What you choose to build from
The fourth story brings the week together. What has always been yours. What you learned to carry. What is alive now. What seems to be calling you forward.
The final question is not who am I forever. It is what am I choosing now.
- The first conversation to have when you return.
- The decision that is ready enough to make.
- What you do not want to refill your calendar with.
- The support you need.
- The old signal you want to notice earlier.
Because insight is only useful if some part of it survives the flight home.

Your voice is the main ingredient.
Every person arrives with different material. Different history. Different relationships. Different memories. Different questions. Different desires.
So there is no single Viluz answer. Your stories begin with your life. Your language. Your experiences. Your own account of what matters.
There is sophisticated technology working quietly behind this process. But it is deliberately kept in the background.
The interesting part is you.
- What happens when enough of your own life is reflected back, without the usual noise around it?
- What do you recognise? What do you reject? What surprises you?
- What do you finally hear clearly enough to act on?
That cannot be predetermined. And it should not be.
A handful of people have experienced early versions
“epiphany”
One early participant, Bruce, described his experience as an epiphany.
He had been carrying difficult feelings connected to the loss of his partner of 22 years. Afterward, he described a significant sense of relief and a different perspective on the life they had built together.
“An amazing experience.”
Your experience does not need to look like Bruce's. In fact, it probably will not.
- Different life.
- Different material.
- Different reflection.
That is the point.
The people matter too.
There are only eight places. Not because artificial scarcity makes good marketing. Because the room stops being this room when it gets bigger.
- At eight, dinner is still one conversation.
- Everybody can actually be known.
- There is time for private work.
- Time for silence.
- Time for a long walk with one person.
- Time to disappear for an hour.
- And no back row to vanish into.
We are not assembling eight identical people. And we are not collecting impressive job titles. We are looking for people with enough life behind them that the conversation has somewhere to go.
- Founders.
- Leaders.
- Entrepreneurs.
- Executives.
- Investors.
- Creators.
People who have built something. Carried something. Learned something. And reached a point where the next question deserves real attention.

The table matters.
Some of the conversations you remember may not happen during the formal work.
They may happen over breakfast, when nobody has to leave. At lunch, when a thought from the morning is still unfolding. At dinner, when eight people have stopped explaining themselves through what they do for a living.
That is why food and hospitality are not extras. They are part of the experience.
- Beautiful meals.
- Long tables.
- No rushing.
Enough time for conversation to become something other than networking.
Then you go home
And this may be the most important part.
Because Marbella is not your real life. Your inbox is. Your company is. Your family is. Your calendar is. Your decisions are.
So Viluz does not end when you leave Spain.
The Return
Four weeks of integration after Viluz.
Week 1
Reality
What happened when you went home? What held? What returned immediately? What did you notice sooner?
Week 2
Decision
One real decision from your actual life. Not another exercise. Something that matters now.
Week 3
Relationships & environment
What supports what you chose? What pulls you back toward automatic behaviour? What conversation is needed? What boundary is needed?
Week 4
Integration
What changed? What did not? What still matters? What remains unresolved? And what can you now carry forward without needing Viluz to keep reminding you?
The goal is not dependence on the experience. The goal is to take something home that becomes yours.

- A promise that one retreat will solve your life.
You remain free to disagree. Free to choose. Free to take what belongs. And leave what does not.
This may be for you if…
You have built a substantial life. People rely on you. You have options. And something is asking for your attention.
- Perhaps professionally.
- Personally.
- Creatively.
- Relationally.
Maybe your life is changing. Maybe the world around you is changing. Maybe nothing dramatic has happened at all.
You simply know that the question you are asking now is different from the one that got you here.
You do not need to arrive knowing the answer. Curiosity is enough.
This is not crisis care.
Viluz is not a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. It is not designed for someone who needs acute clinical support.
It is also probably not for you if you want someone else to tell you exactly what to do with your life.
The point is not to replace your judgment. It is to help create the conditions in which you can hear it.
